Truffles - Bellandur (Cloud Kitchen) — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Had a horrible and hurtful experience with Truffles Bellandur when I ordered crispy cross chicken sub through swiggy on 24Sep2023. It was supposed to be a boneless chicken sub but there was a small bone in one of the chicken chunk which almost broke one of my teeth. Even after 2 weeks, i still have pain along with sensitivity in my tooth and am facing difficulty in chewing something hard with the same tooth causing a lot of discomfort. Unfortunately it appears that it has caused permanent damage to my teeth. The surprising part is that I had an exact same experience before also with Truffles but since the first time it did not hurt me so much, I let it go thinking its a one off thing. Being in the restaurant business is a huge responsibility towards customer's health & safety but seems like Truffles is not taking it...

Avoid ordering from this place. If you're placing an order online through Swiggy or Zomato—especially those living in and around the Bellandur area—be cautious. This is where your Truffles order might get routed. The food here is stale, possibly expired, and seems unfit for consumption.
