Visited this restaurant on a Saturday after making a reservation on Swiggy for a group of 8. On reaching the restaurant, I was told that they did not get my reservation though I showed them the confirmation from Swiggy. After taking to them we were given a table but they completely denied the pre booking tough we had a 10% off on it. The place was extremely crowded and chaotic. Some dishes were wrongly sent to the table and upon telling the waiter, he refused to accept that it was the wrong dish. They are definitely not able to handle the crowd on weekends. But the good thing is atleast they didn't add it to the bill. Wait time is too long. When we order a few dishes the waiter directly tells us that it is going to take more than 25-30 minutes. This happened with us for two dishes that we wanted to order. The food on the other hand is definitely tasty but it's extremely overpriced. Portion size is very less. It's definitely a fancy restaurant that serves some Instagram worthy food with a deep pinch in your pocket. The dessert costed us a whopping 700/-. No doubt it was good but definitely overpriced. They have valet parking available. To sum it up, I would definitely recommend you to visit this place on weekdays if you would like to have a calm and peacefully dineout. The place is definitely...
Read moreLet me start with the fact that Quattro and Spice Klub are in the same establishment. We were refused service and we honestly shouldve cut our losses and headed out. Granted we did show up at around 4 pm. Unfortunately I came with my mother and sister and boy was this a disaster. Let's start with the cockroach in the other table's food. Skimming readers you can close the review and assume this isnt someplace you want to go. Since we sat down almost every table that got up to pay for their food complained and fought to settle their bill, again, another red flag. I ordered a the fresh guacamole. The guacamole wasnt anything special and the tortilla chips that came were probably a couple of days old. Family ordered a couple of other things but it was about at this time that the other customer found the roach. We promptly cancelled all other orders and were handed a bill of over 2k for about 4 items. Appetizers, not mains mind you. I've worked in a commercial kitchen for over 6 years so i understand when a kitchen is overwhelmed. I also understand the amount of neglect it would take for your food to have a roach in it. Overall, as of 1st June 2025, this place needs to get their things together, both front of house and back of house. Bonus: picture of how dirty the...
Read moreThe experience here was pretty bad. To begin with, the seating...we moved to 3 tables before placing our order. Either the table placement was suffocating or the vent was right over the head. We finally were able to place the order through the 2 menus provided to us. Most of the Mexican dishes we were ordering were not available as the stock was over. This was on a Saturday evening. We finally had to compromise on what was available. The order took more time, around 30 mins to arrive at the table and constant follow up. The beverage was alright but the food served was not at all good. The opening looked very exciting as the first set of dishes that were laid on the table were 7 types of add ons along with 2 types of tobasco and seasonings. The expectations grew but the food wasn't served. The dishes we ordered arrived at the same time on the table making us wonder where to start. Anyways, they all tasted below par and we did not eat any dish entirely....sadly wasted. They seem to have lost it trying to juggle between Mexican and Indian cuisine. Overall total waste of time and money....not to mention the after effects of...
