Absolutely Horrible Experience – Would Never Recommend

I had one of the worst food experiences at this place. Despite clearly instructing the staff NOT to add red chilli powder or chutney in vada pav and to pack it separately, they completely ignored my request. This wasn't a minor mistake — it showed a total lack of care or basic customer service.

To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time. On a previous visit, I ordered Jalebi and was absolutely disgusted to find a housefly in the cooking oil. When I pointed it out, instead of changing the oil as any responsible food establishment should, they simply removed the insect and continued cooking with the same oil! Unbelievable and absolutely unhygienic.

Absolutely terrible experience. I called at 2:50 PM to inquire about a bulk order, specifically asking if it could be ready by 4:15 PM. They advised me to order directly through them instead of swiggy and they will send it using Porter delivery, which I agreed to.

What followed was a two-hour nightmare. At 4:25 PM, I called for an update and was told the package had been dispatched. By 4:40 PM, they started claiming the Porter delivery was being cancelled, a frustrating cycle that continued until 5:30 PM. Ultimately, I had to cancel the order myself because my entire team had already left for which I got no refund.
