The food was delicious and a real feast! The portions as promised was more than sufficient. The items were flavourful and balanced neither too spicy or bland ...just right. Everyone in the family thoroughly enjoyedthefood from the oldest to the youngest ...I think first time most of the items were polished away and quite surprisingly the moere picky members absolutely found the food delicious and eaten without any complaints !

We have been ordering various Indisn cuisines and by far the best has been, in terms of quantity , taste consistency and variety the SADHYA!! For the cost it is truly living upto its claims of one cover being enough for 2 to 3 people and in our household 5 of us enjoy it and still a few items remain . The taste has been consistent too. Having ordered other cuisines from Karnataka ..sa close second , Andhra, also ok, but truly pathetic is Maharashtrian where the portion size was miniscule ..just a tablespoon of the curries not enough for one person hardly a spread and chutney size portions with 10 chapatis ...which was truly very dissappointing for the price charged, even the Rajasthani thali was lacking in portions ...no sabjis except gattes which is no vegetable ...and again portion size for the amount charged was too less just barely enough for 2 people and double the charge of the Sadhya ..

My family voted 5* for SADHYA

All others 2 or less mainly due to prohibitive cost, not very tasty , and tiny portion sizes despite claiming for 2 to 3 three people!

We ordered Sadhya today and we were very happy we did! Every morsel of food enjoyed by young and old alike ...really sumptuous and delicious!

Pathetic packing, everything spilled, payasam was totally wasted. Lousy customer service - disappointed with lack of support on WhatsApp and email. No way of speaking to anyone. Will never recommend to anyone. Quantity was inadequate for the price charged. Only positive- taste was okay. Let's see if anyone bothers to respond to this. These people are untrustworthy and not bothered to resolve customer's issues. As it was cash on delivery, I could have refused to pay or deducted money for such deplorable service, but, I did not and probably, that was a blunder. It is more than 10 hrs since the food was delivered, but, not a single message to acknowledge the many messages I sent via WhatsApp.

Updated as of 11 Oct Karthik from this entity contacted me on 2 Oct, promised resolution by way of 40% refund, which was committed to be paid within 2 days. Today is 9 days since that day. No calls nor refund done. They are a bunch of cheats and only do the usual standard sweet talking. Totally untrustworthy and unreliable platform with an unprofessional set up. Will never...

We ordered the sadhya made by Ms. Usha Madhavan. The food was authentic, fresh and had that home made feel one can never get from restaurant ordered food. Special mention for the kurruku kaalan and the avial. 3 sadhya "covers" were more than enough for 10 people with lots of stuff still leftover. In fact there was some extra items which were not on the list even, including even the banana leaf. The cons were few, since our address was far away obviously the food got a bit cold, esp the pappadoms which lost its crunch by the time we got it. Secondly almost all the pappadoms were broken to bits during the transportation. But overall a good experience.
