Subway New BEL Road — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I was assuming if I am the only one but after seeing everyone's review looks like almost everyone's experiencing same concern. I really hope that the owner of this branch is taking these reviews seriously.

The workers here get paid for what I have no clue these guys don't leave a single chance of messing up with my orders. Either the stuffing will be missing and it will be plain bread and few countable veggies or they will miss to add the sauces as per selected while placing the order. The bread will be so hard sometimes and it won't taste fresh.

It's disappointing to see such a known brand provides such poor quality and customers issues are not being taken seriously. This branch of Subway is just pathetic and the workers/employees are...

Today, my Tuna sandwich seemed as if it got trampled, the veggies were thrown in, not place like the other branches - plus there was no receipt given. My tomato was not fresh. For that price I expect fresh good food. There's a local shop next to my place that sells fresh sambar for 35rupees. I need to put my complaint on the US database, because the franchise name is been harmed. Incidents like this are causing a decline in business for food apps and other eat outs. Food seemed upto the standard subway joint at some random corner level. Not the greatest subway experience but, good enough for a quick bite. Wasn't the most hygienic place though, saw two roaches in the restaurant. The person who served me wasn't wearing gloves either. One more thing, it looked like they were using the standard home microwaves and not the subway oven that other places use.
