Read moreThis is a new tiffin/hotel in this lane which also has some other really good restaurants/shops ranging from Chinese, North Indian, Mangalorean, ice cream parlours. But the next closest stop for a similar hotel in the same road is Upahara Darshini. So this hotel is surely going to enjoy Monopoly.
But what makes this hotel a winner is first the quality of the food itself and then ample seating place which doesn't look messed up even when it's crowded. You can peacefully park your car or bike in one of the lanes.
Coming to the food, the quality is good but I would make more visits before giving them a 5 star rating. I had stopped here for a quick bite and chose to have idli-wada combination which was priced at a reasonable 35rs. I decided to make the idli-wada swim in the super hot sambhar. However, I have eaten softer idlis and crispier wadas in other restaurants and found that aspect lacking here. I am not a fan of the sweet sambhar either, but they made it really well and I shamelessly asked them to pour more on a single morsel of wada.
