Super Collection O Hotel Champion Paradise — Hotel in Bengaluru

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. The room was little dirty and poorly maintained in sharing rooms.

The management staffs are always money minded, they first wants a money even after a paying a advance, especially Mr. Khalid or Khadir may be, he is doing one of the worst behavior with customer's with his attitude and performance, always he wants money and not customer friendly also, if we book a room means, if some other customer came means he was transfering already booked room people's to other poor rooms, this is thing is more disappointed from this hotel. I specially want to mention that I really don't like Mr. Khalid or Khadir's behavior.

The hotel's location was also inconvenient, with nothing of interest nearby. The food that they are providing is a moderate taste only, and about cloth Washing area, there is no proper flow of water in washing machine, we have to stay more than a hour to complete our washing with the low water flow in the washing tub.

And they are charging to much for day basis, per day in double sharing they charge 600/day and apart from double all other sharing's are 500/day, exactly not worth for the money, that we are paying.

Overall, I would not recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff, facilities, and location all fell short of my expectations, and I would not return for...

If there was a zero star option I would rate zero. I thought I could adjust but the receptionist behaviour made me post this. Damaged bathroom door. Bathroom door can't be closed from outside. No mirror in bathroom. No other channels in tv other than kannada. Receptionist refused to recharge saying 99% people in this hotel is kannada people ( I don't speak kannada and he don't speak even english. I didn't waste my time arguing) I think the Bed/mattress was baught in the 80s. The bedsheet may look like premium but the spring inside the bed is actually poking me and it was very uncomfortable. Damaged door bell which is not a deal breaker, but it shows the hotel has no interest in maintenance.

This will be one of the worst stays and services offered by OYO. The booking amount was 1k and while check-in they charged us 1300, when we refused they asked us to cancel the booking and go to some other property. Finally when we checked in because we had already paid the booking amount earlier, the room was below standard. It had a bad smell. The bed was so uncomfortable it would give body pain to anyone. The door knobs of the room nad bathroom are broken. AC isnot functioning. Dirty unhygienic bedsheet torn everywhere. No charging plug near the bed.
