Chicago Pizza — Restaurant in Bidhannagar

If option would have been there I would have rated this outlet a big Zero. Staffs are liers. They lie bluntly to sell their products. Ordered for a chicken Pizaa where I categorically mentioned thrice that I don't want frozen chicken or salami , I want fresh chicken pieces pizza if it is available. The lady who took the order said it is available and then served us a pizza with salami chicken or frozen chicken topping. While eating also I asked the lady that this is not fresh chicken pieces, she very boldly said yes it is. At the end when I confronted her in front of other customer that why you lied to me , then she just kept mum and gave me a blank look. The Manager came and when I narrated the episode and said that I will never visit your outlet again...his reply was " That's your Choice"......no apology, no repentance , no sorry ...nothing. This was there attitude towards customer. I narrated my true story, I am not in a position to ask you all whether you should visit this outlet or not. It is up to you to decide that a food joint where customers are cheated upright and then disrespected by the manager should be avoided...

Today I went to Chicago pizza for my daughter’s request..because I don’t love pizza too much.I can order from domino’s or Pizza Hut but no still went to chiccago pizza in saltlake branch.There is only staff who was handling everything..not spacious at all AC was not working properly..bathroom was not clean.. Now come to the menu…price was ok..I have ordered Smoky pizza (6slices) for me and my daughter which cost around 589/-excluding gst and ordered corn bbq chickens stuffed bread as we are non veg but the guy heard I have ordered veg cor jalapeño both are cost 199/- excluding gst..because of his mistake he gave us one glass of Pepsi.. Pizza was too good no complaints but the jalapeño was not up to marks waste of money. My total bill was 788/- excluding gst and I have only 788/- because he didn’t...

We went in for a snack ended up overfeeding ourselves. Well, obviously the food tastes quite good. Quantity is good as per the prices. I was little disappointed with the quantity of the wings thooo!! I'm a chicken wing fanaticccc and I love me some quantity! But honestly the quantity is definitely worth the price, I wouldn't mind paying more tho, the taste of their BAKED CHICKEN WINGS were beyond good! We also ended up having two Monster pizza slices (1. Mutton Keema with mozzarella 2. Chicken tikka and Red paprika), a virgin mojito and obviously I had to take a chocolate shake to make my soul truly happy...
