MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION WORST EXPERIENCE EVER NEVER VISITING AGAIN THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM ...THEY WILL LITERALLY SERVE YOU A PLATE OF AIR AND CHARGE YOU EXTRA MONEY TO ADD FOOD ON THE PLATE ...DONOT. ...I REPEAT DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE AS IT SEEMS TO BE POCKET FRIENDLY....I ORDERED THIS SIZZLER BROWNEY AND SAUTE MUSHROOM AND I ARRIVED AT THE VENUE AROUND 9;15 PM AND AFTER ORDERING I RECEIVED MY SAUTE MUSHROOM BY 9:55PM THOUGH THE PLACE WAS EMPTY ...AND THE MUSHROOM WAS FOR 119 BUT LATER WHEN THE BILL CAME I WAS CHARGED 199 FOR IT AS THEY SAID THERE IS A PRINTING MISTAKE ON THE MENU CARD...ALSO THE BROWNIE WITH ICECREAM WAS FOR 129 AND SIZZLER BROWNEY WAS FOR 139...AND THEY SERVED THE BROWNIE WITHOUT ANY ICECREAM AND WHEN I SAID I SAW ON GOOGLE THE THE SIZZLER BROWNEY CAME WITH ICECREAM THEY SAID THATS AN ADD ON AND WILL BE SERVED ONLY IF I PAY 50 MORE RUPEES....AND DELIBERATY STARED SHOUTING... WHEN I SAID THAT THERE IS NO SUCH THING WRITTEN ON THE MENU AND HOW CAN AN ITEM WITH MORE INGREDIENTS CHARGED LESS THAN THE EXPENSIVE ONE (I JUST THINK THEY WHERE OUT OF ICECREAM AND IF I HAVE THEM 50 MORE BUCKS THEN THEY CAN PUT IT ON MY PLATE) ....I Tell YOU IF YOU WANT TO HAVE TEA JUST GO TO SHARMA TEA ... BUT NEVER TO MBA CHAI WALA ..THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AS THERE WILL AND ACCORDING TO THERE FINANCIAL CONDITIONS..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED "NOT"GOING THERE ...ALSO THIRD CLASS STAFF AND MANAGER WAS LITERALLY HARASSING BY...

The place is not at all properly maintained. They have stacked up cartons in the sitting area just in front of the wash basin and also at other corner of the cafe. These things should be kept in the warehouse/godown or some other place wherein it's not visible. The butter toast was burnt and the bread was normal bread .For butter toast mostly a thicker slice of bread is used. They served the wrong flavour of tea. We had ordered adrakh elaichi tea and they served cinnamon tea. Even we had ordered the paper cup tea for my daughter who said that she can't drink the kulhad tea as the kulhad becomes very hot. Inspite of that they served the tea in kulhad and then refused to provide a Cup which was later on then provided.The owners or the people who manage the place are not at all suitable for their job. We asked them for disposable plates and they said that it is against their policy to serve extra plates. The service quality was very poor and they landed up in an extensive argument with us on a trivial issue like plates when we asked them to put this up in writing that it is against their policy to serve extra plates. The worst part was when we saw them laughing and making fun of a specially abled man who had visited their outlet along with his parents and were just seated next to our table. Review update based upon recent experience. This Monday 27th June after dropping my kid to school I went for a tea, and sat inside. It was all alone me seating inside, after and having tea. After some time the AC above me which was running, all on a sudden it's switched off. The other ACs where no one was around was running fine. As it was early morning I didn't think much and let it go away. But after some time (minutes 5) I was about to finish my tea, the service person came and directly told to me with only tea seating inside is not allowed. So immediately I ordered for a Maggie, so I can relax few more time inside. Interestingly that person was justifying me the same by comparing with Laketown MCW branch. Anyways this didn't look good to me, hence I thought to re-review the feedback, and now as per me the rating decreased from 5 to 1 star. I hope this feedback will...
