Absolutely atrocious service. It becomes clear how understaffed they are from how much time it takes them to heat up a sandwich. This sort of ineffiency isn't expected from a snack shop right in the middle of a multiplex mall. As for drinks the wait was a bit long, we actually had to enquire about the progess of our two bubble iced teas and ask if they were even making them or not. The drinks to turned out to be too sweet, to the point it can be described as downright cloying and clearly not worth the trouble! Not to mention their choice of which drink gets what Boba pearls is absolutely horrendous. I mean, who puts tapioca in iced tea and popping boba in smoothies!? That's the exact opposite of the norm?? Either way save yourself the awful experience and also the money, just step out of the mall to get yourself a cup of tea and a biscuit from the footpath stalls. I assure you, you'll enjoy it way more than whatever this hot mess of a store has to offer. The brand and location is all...

A little heavy on pocket but worth the money. Give it a sip when you are...
