Harilal's — Restaurant in Bihar

It happened so that we were travelling in A.C three tier in Rajdhani Express and we were seated with 3 middle aged men, very soon we realized they were siblings . Me and my husband were accompanied with 3 kids {son- 5 yrs.’ and daughter -01 yr. and niece (12 yrs.) }, and we boarded for Delhi but their destination was Patna . As per their conversation I got to know that their flight was actually cancelled due to bad weather that’s why they had to take this mode of transport. As my kids were really young the two of them especially the elder brother and I guess the younger one , got really involved with the kids , but as it was 2020, pandemic was still there , so no pantry car neither did they give any bedding or quilt in the train, my husband had fasting {roza} , so he would eat only in the evening , I brought some parathas and chicken , but not as much that it could sustain for the dinner too , rice is staple in Bengal , so it is must for my husband’s dinner , otherwise he feels he hasn’t had dinner . So we were discussing the same , that the food is not available , it would be difficult for him. They overhead us thus the elder brother {Amit Mankhani } intervened and hesitantly asked if he could help us with the dinner , as they will reach Patna and they can arrange as they have a shop too , he said he will order a thali and asked his younger brother to call and asked the driver to do so , both of them were prompt and didn’t allow us to think much ,r but I didn’t want the help somewhere as I felt they won’t allow us to pay , but my husband didn’t think that way , the elder brother asked if the kids need burger , French fries , also if hot water or milk is needed for the baby , I declined the offers as I feel really embarrassed if I can’t repay any one’s efforts . The younger brother was really efficient and made sure that the food reaches the station , and nothing is missing from the order placed by his elder brother. We reached Patna , after saying goodbyes , they asked my husband to join them and take the food , followed by them , the driver who was waiting outside approached and the brothers signaled him to hand him the parcel , as expected my husband took his wallet out to pay but they didn’t allow , and insisted to please consider it from them ,its from their own shop , he hesitantly took the food and we couldn’t say anything else than THANK YOU . The food lasted in Delhi , the amount was surplus , we owe our gratitude to the two brothers for such an immense support towards an unknown , no doubt they will touch the heights , heights are meant for them to reach and make new goals too .
