Domino's Pizza | Nehru Stadium, Coimbatore — Restaurant in Central Zone

Hi Domino's Pizza.. Hope all is well 👍.. I had been to your Stadium branch ( V O C PARK, CBE..) recently for dinner around 9.30pm or so and I was a little grubby too..Rarely I have been having your pizza or/and garlic bread with cool drinks..I am a vegetarian..There were just 4 customers inside and were having their food..I sat in a cleaned table ( most of them were not cleaned in the restaurant, ground floor..gave me a kinda discouraging atmosphere, although stewards/ waiters/sales guys were seen walking in and out unconcerned about me waiting to place an order, gave me an unprofessional and irresponsible treatment by the staff there was the unfortunate thing..which I seldom have experienced in my life of all these decades..No manager or supervisor was around to monitor such disgraceful treatment to a customer ..🤔..for a moment I also thought of quitting from this sort of unusual treatment shown to a customer in the restaurant ..with my hungry stomach I still resisted and stayed back to see how long would it take for one of them atleast to notice me..but it was unfortunate that until I called them to take the order nobody bothered, very sad scene indeed..🤔some Swiggy folks were walking in and out..) for about 10 to 15 minutes I waited after washing my hands in the toilet ( untidy.. with no soap liquid or tissues inside..) Then, I had to go to the counter for tissues and later on placed my order (Veg.menu ) and made payment as a procedure, which I completed and got to another single seat side of the entrance door..( avoiding mosquitoes near the sofa, where I was sitting earlier..most of the empty tables were unclean and with wrappers and packets..) ..Requested while making payment, to make my Veg..pizza a little thin and crispy specifically but they had not quite considered my request and served me the usual thick and soft* bake only.. !🤔!Garlic bread sticks* ( cheese and corn..) are my favourite and got them reasonably good, thank God.. 👌 All set and done, disregarding a customer, whether single or a couple or a family is a real DISGRACE for any business, particularly a Food and Beverage outlets*.. Perhaps I might seldom visit in future with family and friends..😊 May be if there were some responsible senior staff to monitor the showroom in future rectifying the customer grievance redressing without much delay, you could save your name and promote better business I guess..👍 Warm cheers and best wishes dude..👍😊 Vaazhga...

Firstly speaking about the hospitality, a guy with the name-board "trainee" is getting the orders. He doesn't have basic English fluency. A few foreign customers are struggling to give the order. Secondly, the actual procedure at Domino's is, they will give you the bill after the payment, and we will wait for our order by looking for our order number, ryt?! But here, they are not issuing the bill to us. Simply they are calling our names loudly, and we have to go get the order, something like an auction process. Very pathetic.!! Speaking about hygiene, the store is not at all maintained properly. Full of houseflies annoying the customers eating here. The restroom is very bad. The toilet and even the handwashing sink is full of stains and stinking. Intolerable..!! Domino's is a Brand and these things jus ruin the reputation, and disappoints a regular customer like me, in a very bad manner. This store is small in size. At weekends none of the workers care to make ease for the customers, to allot them space, and to make them feel comfy.

HIGHER OFFICIALS PLEASE DO TAKE NECESSARY...

Very Very Worst Experience. Dominos Pizzas are really awesome tastes. But Staffs are Really Very Bad Responsible From With Our Shop Customers Never I don't visit Dominos Pizza. Yesterday 14.1.2020 day Night time I Visited in this Shop. I Have Ordered Pizza in Dominos Pizza Shop. Atfer One Gents and Ladies Staff Say don't use Mobile Photography at in inside in this Shop.I Want take selfie and Shooting Outside @Dominos with my Family and My Friends. One Lady Staff told Photography Strictly Phrobhited at inside in this Shop. I will Shooting Selife with my Family and Friends. But One Dominos Gents and Ladies Staff told and Bullling For me. What is this? Photography and Videography is My Choice and that's My Mobile. This is Not Our Own Shop. Your are not Founder at Domino's Pizza That Lady Staff and Gent Staff are very Bad Responsible with our all Shop Customers. Response and Humanity are Not available at in this Place. Please Don't Come in this Place...
