Barbeque Nation — Restaurant in Janakpuri

I went to this place to have a dinner with my family and dear ones. V were 12 adults with 1 kid. I had received good feedback about the restaurant and this was my 1st visit to the restaurant. Following is my review:- Restaurant is conveniently located in the 2nd floor of unity one mall janakpuri. Although restaurant can cater upto 150 people at a time but my experience was not good. There were zero bowls at the counter. After asking for bowls again and again..there was a wait time of more then 8 min for a single bowl..since I required 3 so I waited more than 24 min. In the main course section there were 5 dry/wet sabzi but when I lifted the lid the sabzi was not dere. Kofta curry had only curry..kofta was absconding. Kadhai paneer had only masala..paneer was not available on the scene. Tawa sabzi tag was available but the sabzi container was missing..on enquiry about the same it was learnt dat Dey r preparing the same nd v need to wait few minutes..my meal got finished but the sabzi never came. I was told dat bread would b served on the table but the same didn't happen...on showing discontent about this...the waitress served only butter roti nd naan after approx 10 min wait time. The crockery was chipped nd service was pathetic to say the least. Chaat corner and ice cream parlor were being manned by a single waitress ... people were literally sleeping on the counter of ice cream waiting for the waitress to come after finishing chaat wala part. Yet ice cream was good. Frankly I lost my appetite as the night progressed and sought sorry from my guests for inviting them to such a bad place...finally I paid the bill and left as early as I could. Personally I would not recommend going to such a place which would spoil the well planned evening that barbeque Nation unity one outlet turned out to be.. photos of chipped bowls nd my bill...

PS: please have all the items available as you show on menu. Edit on 12th June : It felt like BBQ Nation has given a target of cost cutting/ Savings to this restaurant. They will not serve you all the items until you ask for, and will say it's not in menu today, we keep on changing menu, but we will prepare it for you on demand. Mutton they secretly keep in a locker and will only prepare and bring in a small bowl only when you ask for it 3-4 time. Changed Staff - earlier staff was very quick and nice. But special mention to Mr. BHARAT, he was doing his best. Shortage of Staff. Very Slow Service. No Interest in serving guests. High Room Temperature. And it's not just me, I found couple of people asking the same things. Specially they need to work on their room temperature, if you are not comfortable then how can you enjoy your meal. This might be their strategy to vacant the seats ASAP. And the reason the staff was giving for high temperature - it's because of BBQ fire. But Barbeque Nation you are not the only restaurant heaving BBQs, other restaurants also have these things and they are successfully able to maintain the temperature.

Review from 14th May 2022 Overall Very Nice Experience. Tatse is awesome. All items are perfect. No excuses from the Restaurant. Staff is courteous and Act speedily. They have Live singing too.
