Dilli BC — Restaurant in Delhi

I was extremely keen to try out Dill BC, a new north Indian food home delivery joint which has become so popular in no time. And I must say the experience totally delighted my taste buds. The menu is compact and asked for the recommendations. The order taker simply said, whatever you order will be a special dish, so I dint mind taking chances with what to order. From the Starters ACHARI CHICKEN TIKKA, was a total delight, Huge Tikka pieces with a dominant touch of achaar masala? The MUTTON SEEKH KEBAB, a tad bit spicy but soft and juicy. The DAHI KE SHOLAY too was an excellent preparation, pieces of bread, stuffed with hung curd and bell peppers and fried to golden brown color. The best starter was the BHATTI KA MURGH, soft and succulent chicken leg and thigh nicely marinated till the bone with robust spices and roasted to perfection. The DAL MAKHANI and BUTTER CHICKEN are something which I am definitely going to order regularly from this place. Both of them were very rich and creamy. The Butter chicken had a smoky taste with a touch of sweetness. Usually I am fond of having CHICKEN BIRYANI with gravy or raita but from HERE THE chicken biryani dint need any such accompaniments, it was bang on flavors.

The order process was smooth and it was delivered absolutely on time and I have to mention that the delivery boy Mr. Sarvesh was very well spoken and courteous. Totally had a great and hearty Indian meal and am sure I am going to be a regular from this place.

Dilli BC is just a kind of outlet I was looking for , One can have variety of food items , especially for the non veg lover ,it is as perfect as star. . I really liked their packaging a lot . It's good to know that nowadays so many restaurants/outlets focussing on the looks of their packaging also . . Dilli BC is one of them . Now coming to the food department . I cannot take my eyes away from the food even for a second. It was that much good. Their food was so damn tasty . I have ordered:- . . Mutton Biryani(I got awestruck just by the aroma of the mutton Biryani ,it was so Sammy delicuos with good number of pieces of mutton ,the rice used in it was so soft ,if I have to give any rating to this particular food item ,I will give it 10 out of 10) . . I had the food delivered to my place. Diving straight into the food, we ordered veg platter, paneer lababdar, malai kofta, 2 garlic naan, 2 lachcha parantha, 2 tandoori roti.

Veg Platter had Crispy Paneer, Soya Chaap, Chilli Chaap and Dahi k Sholay. All the items were delicious, my fav being the Chilli chaap.

Paneer lababdar was very soft, creamy and yummy.

Malai Kofta didn't taste like the usual malai kofta. It was filled with creamy gravy and softer than soft kofta. One of the best i have ever had.

In the breads, garlic naan was spread with butter and garlic sprinkled on the top and served hot even at a home delivery. Impressive!

Lachcha Parantha were still soft and tasty.

Tandoori roti was the usual.

The home delivery was right on time. That is the most impressive thing for me. Delivering the food hot and on time. And Dilli BC scored on both the parameters.
