Domino's Pizza | Janakpuri, New Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s, especially with their so-called “Volcano Pizza.” First of all, I paid ₹865 for this pizza, and honestly, it was a complete waste of money. The pizza was cold by the time it arrived, and the quality was utterly disappointing. The cheese, which is supposed to be the star of the “Volcano Pizza,” was all clumped in the center of the pizza, leaving the edges completely dry, burnt, and tasteless. It was as if someone just dumped a blob of cheese in the middle and didn’t bother to spread it properly.

The toppings were another disaster – barely any were there, and what little there was felt stale and flavorless. The crust was unevenly cooked, burnt on one side and raw on the other, making it almost impossible to eat. The overall presentation was so bad it looked like the pizza had been thrown around before it was delivered. For ₹865, I expected at least a decent meal, but what I got wasn’t worth even half the price.

To make matters worse, the delivery guy’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After handing me the pizza, he stood at my door and demanded that I give the restaurant a 5-star rating right then and there. He kept pressuring me, saying, “Please rate us 5 stars now; it’s very important,” without even allowing me to open the box and check the food. His behavior was pushy and made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being forced to give a fake review for an experience that was nothing short of a disaster.

This entire experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth – literally and figuratively. Domino’s should be ashamed of serving such low-quality food at premium prices and employing staff who resort to coercion to get good ratings. I will NEVER order from Domino’s again, and I highly recommend that others avoid wasting their money here. ₹865 for this mess is daylight robbery! If I could give zero...

Domino’s Pizza has it’s own unique taste. It uses a bread based dough that has a high gluten content for their crust, most of their competitors use a traditional dough that is lower in gluten. The gluten content of a dough is what makes it able to stretch out when being slapped out, and gives it a soft chewy bread like texture when baked.

Pizza Hut and many of the mom and pop pizzerias use frozen dough disks, which results in a firmer crust. Pizza hut uses a fairly dry dough which is machine rolled for their thin crust pizzas, while Domino’s just slaps out a smaller size dough ball until it is thin, and if you ask they can make it paper thin which when combined with light sauce results in a cracker crust.

Domino’s uses a spiced sauce so you can tailor how spicy or hot the pizza is by asking for extra or light sauce. Papa John’s uses a “Sweet sauce” which has sugar added to cut the acidity of the tomatoes, Pizza Hut uses this same type of sauce on their New Yorker pizza. So a tip for you If you a diabetic do not eat Papa John’s or the New Yorker from pizza hut.

The toppings are generally the same except for Papa John’s cutting the vegetables fresh each morning in their stores, all the companies use condensed sauces that they have to mix with water, some of the Mom and Pop stores make their own for a unique taste. Always pay attention to the sauce, I have worked for a franchisee that ordered his stores to use more water to stretch out the sauce to save money, the franchisee was caught and was removed as a franchisee from that brand.

It really ends up being a personal choice, if I was going to make the ultimate pizza I would use Domino’s crust, Papa john’s toppings and Pizza Hut’s...

although from this i got pizza & see the below screenshot of pizza this was not eatable by any one because it was cold , also find the bill below with order place time . i not received a single call from them. we are very very unhappy with this type of services even i don't recommend to any one for this & kindly return my all Money because it was no eatable , & last irritating point that was not hot its cold pizza 😠 is this type of services who can purchase from your outlate . when we return pizza to them his manager said will provide your order again at 12:00am . tell me who will be waiting pizza in midnight we also mailed on email id they did not...
