Worst customer service ever! I bought a chocolate chip cake from KANDY'S shop and I brought it home and served it to my friends. Nobody liked it! The Cake's base was so moist and watery as if it was spoiled maybe because it was not kept in freezer for long enough. I took the half cake back to the shop stating the same that the cake is spoiled. The owner pounced on me like anything. He told me that it was a gooey cake which I don't think he understands himself cause gooey cake means thick and which sticks in your mouth. That cake was literally like dhokla. He was so drowned in his ego and was so rude that he didn't even try to listen to me what I was saying; and told me that we don't want customer like you. He was literally shouting at me and insulting me by asking stupid questions like whether I have tasted chocolate cake before? Wow Kudos to this customer relation strategy. Anyways eventually I got the refund so that's fine But kandy's if you are reading this don't be ever rude to your customers and search properly what is a gooey cake and what is a cake with a base so watery like dhokla.

I recently ordered some scrumptious delights from KANDYS CAKE parlor in Kalkaji through Zomato, and I must say, my experience left me utterly disappointed! 😔
Firstly, the mushroom patty I received was an absolute disaster. It was filled to the brim with excessive salt, making it taste like a potential poison! 🧪 Not only that, but the mushrooms themselves were disappointingly stale. 🍄 For a reputed and well-established establishment like KANDYS CAKE, this was definitely unexpected.
To add insult to injury, the packaging was nothing short of pathetic! 😤 It's disheartening to see that they are still using low-quality polybags, which have been banned in Delhi for their environmental impact. 🚯 As responsible consumers, we must encourage sustainable practices and discourage using harmful materials.
I hope KANDYS CAKE parlor takes immediate action to rectify these issues and live up to the standards they claim to uphold. As customers, we deserve better quality food and eco-friendly packaging! 🌍🌱
