NOT RECOMMENDED - I WAS SERVED NAIL IN MY SOUP

Well I would not like to give even a single star, but without putting a star I cannot proceed... I went to this place yesterday 30th November, thinking that the food and quality will be good. I ordered a Chicken Soup and Mutton Nihari. The order was on time... was I was enjoying my soup I chewed something hard which and I discovered a NAIL in my soup, first I realized it must be a hard Clove, then i gave a closer look and found that it was an IRON Nail.

When I informed the guy he apologized, and I was offered a free soup and some discount on my bill for serving me an Iron Nail. When i said that i am not going to pay for the food the guy said that I need to wait at 11:20 PM for the owner to come from Old Delhi Jamma Masjid and he will solve the problem.

SERIOUSLY !! I went to have a peaceful dinner and they served me a Nail and the GUY asked me to wait for the owner to come from Old Delhi at 11:20 PM to sort out the Matter, without realizing the consequences if by mistake I would have swallowed what would have happened. I did not pay the bill for serving me an IRON NAIL. I left my number with the guy at the counter, and i am not expecting a call back or a discount but I even felt bad, I took someone close there for the first time saying that the food is very good. I felt very bad as a customer... I have no idea what to say or write... I am just praying to God that its the only nail i was served and did not swallowed any.

NOT RECOMMENDED... CHECK your food before eating, dont take big bites or eat in a hurry, they serve Nail.

I am not expecting any apology or a phone call from these people as I know they would not because they dont care about people's life at all, just be very careful while...

Absolutely Pathetic Experience at Karim's Green Park

We had lunch today at Karim's Green Park and ordered Mutton Korma and half Chicken Biryani. Honestly, it was a complete waste of money and an utter disappointment.

The Mutton Korma tasted extremely bitter, as if the onions were overcooked or burnt. It was inedible and far from the authentic Karim’s flavor we expected. Total disaster.

The Chicken Biryani was equally bad. It had only two small pieces of chicken with no egg included — unlike Karim’s Jama Masjid outlet, where you get two tender and juicy pieces with an egg. Here, the chicken was dry, brown, and tough — completely lacking the signature taste. And to top it off, they are charging more than the original outlet for this subpar quality.

When a restaurant uses the brand name Karim’s, the least they can do is maintain the taste and standards. If you're going to be a franchise, match the price or at least deliver on taste. Sadly, this outlet failed on every front.

Our money was completely wasted on this horrible food. Never coming...

We were quite dissatisfied with our experience at Karim’s Green Park. We visited after 12 PM on a Sunday, expecting a good meal, but many of the dishes we wanted to order were unavailable. Even something as basic as lime water was not served—they only had packaged soft drinks.

To make matters worse, we saw two other groups of visitors leave their seats because they couldn’t get what they were looking for either. Having been a fan of the original Karim’s, this was my first time trying one of their franchises, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.

We eventually left and had our lunch elsewhere, where the waiter was kind enough to provide us with lemon and water to prepare our own lime juice—even though it wasn’t on their menu. That level of service was a stark contrast to what we experienced at Karim’s Green Park.

Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting the same hospitality and quality as the...
