NIK BAKER'S — Restaurant in Delhi

Staff is quite rude. I ordered an omlette which contained lot of salt. I highlighted the fact to the waiter and he said in a rude fashion - "what am I supposed to do". I requested him to get a fresh omlette. He got me a fresh one, however, with a single bread piece. I requested him for an additional bread and his response was "aapne ek hi bread piece return kiya hain to ek hi bread piece milega". When I highlighted this to restaurant head, he told me three things - 1. That salt content was on higher side because I ordered a cheese omlette, 2. They have takeaway service 3. It's self service. My reply to these 3 points was 1. specifically ordered an omlette without cheese 2. They have tables installed in the restaurant and no where they have mentioned that it's a takeaway restaurant and 3. In case it's self service then why so many waiters are there in the restaurant? Basically, the manager was also in an argument mode.

I have read few other comments wherein customers have mentioned that staff is rude. However, it seems top management has not taken any action and is ok about it.

P.S. One thing I am curious to check is whether restaurant charges...

I’ve developed a new habit. It’s tea and rusk. I only buy my rusk at Nik Baker’s. It’s well packaged, sturdy cardboard able to withstand my carrying it around with me. I take the box to go, just costs 160. Any time is a good time for chai. Every chai needs many pieces of rusk, it becomes like a meal. Just the chai is refreshing, chai with rusk is like a refreshing meal.

Look, I appreciate my Nik Baker’s, an Australian trained individual. Apparently, commonwealth set to dues will no longer be a thing. I’m sure the important Australians will appreciate what I have done, I have created an autonomous Australia, free of meddling fees. Commonwealth, it’s all in the name you see. Sort of like a gathering of commoners to make royalty wealthy. No more! No more!

Someone has got to help Nik get out of packaging in freshness. Is there no other way, than to have the factory in Punjab, where the heart is for this group. As for the rusk,...

Yesterday I had this very pathetic experience at Nik Bakers, Green Park. I am a pure vegetarian person who visited this bakery for dine in with family where i ordered Veg Burger and received Chicken burger with the all due carelessness of staff ! After completing 80% of the burger we found fishy taste and asked the staff and found out that it’s chicken burger !! We all completely devastated. I still can’t believe what happened last night.. How can such a literate staff behave so stupid ? Whatever happened with us is justified by anyone ? Is a “Sorry” going to fix what we ate !! I never expected such blunder by such reputable bakery.. What is the point of dining in at good place when you have to face idiotic staff with their very stupid, careless behaviour!! And yes all happened in the supervision of “Nitin” (manager at green park branch) Really really pathetic Nik Bakers Team !!!!...
