Highly Disappointed with the Dine-in Experience

Visited Sameer's Kabab Corner, CR Park 2 Number Market with my family expecting a decent dine-in experience. But to our shock, the food was served in cheap disposable paper plates, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant offering dine-in service.

We did not come for a street food stall experience — we came for a sit-down meal with family. There was no basic hygiene, no proper presentation, and overall the environment felt neglected. This is not how a paying customer expects to be treated, especially in a place that calls itself a restaurant.

Using disposable plates for dine-in is a clear sign of poor management and zero regard for customer comfort. Attaching images for proof — please see for yourself before deciding to dine here.

Ordered 2x egg fried and told them on phone specifically that i want less spicy. The food was spicy enough that none of my family members could eat it. Requested to send fresh batch and take back previous one but denied. Food went to bin and had to reorder from other restaurant....
