I had the worst experience at this outlet of Third Wave. 5 major incidents happen in one single visit. I ordered an iced americano and it came at room temperature. When i asked to return, they emptied it half and filled it with ice - subtracting the coffee level from it. I told them to replace it immediately but they served me the same one again.

I ordered a tandoori chicken sandwich which had bones in it. Multiple little pieces of bones came.

I ordered a shredded chicken wrap and it was so spicy that it wasn’t edible at all. The menu doesn’t mention that it’s spicy at all.

I ordered a hot pour over. I got the order after 30 minutes because they forgot to make it. And when it came, The coffee was still at my table when the staff member cleaned the table and spilled the drink. My drink got wasted.

ACs were not working and the cafe was extremely hot.

All of this happened on international coffee day. What a worst way to celebrate such a nice day. I am extremely upset for spending thousands at this cafe and get this service in return. Never going to visit this...
