You won't feel it is a room you booked, it is almost like you are staying at your own home. Sandeep ji and family make sure that every moment you feel at home. You can ask them for any need and they ll be ready to help readily. The property is just 14 km from the airport and is 2 kms from AIIMS. very nice locality and there is a very good Chinese restaurant near the villa. There is a small sweet shop near the corner where you can get tea and also a small super market in the next door where you can purchase your emergency needed things. I would say it was a home away from home...

The room was horrible..there was no proper ventilation..no windows in the room..no proper cleanliness..the rooms were damp and smelly..exhaust fan of bathroom was not working..the sheets provided with bed were stinking and had holes..although they changed it..when asked. Complementry breakfast is not proper..proper hygiene is not there.. The room owners communicate in a very much friendly and homely way..and listen and respond to whatever is said..but i feel that if the place they are providing is not worth staying...then all other things...

Jeraths Inn is a great option for staying in the heart of south Delhi. It is reasonably priced, and the family who own it and live downstairs are attentive and friendly. They acommodated my last-minute booking, and they made me and my friends and family who stayed with me there feel comfortable. The workers they employ are also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for an affordable and comfortable short-term stay...
