Dunkin’ - Dwarka City Center — Restaurant in Dwarka

Coming close to nearly a 2 month lockdown in Delhi i decided to order some Donuts from M.O.D Dwarka outlet. I am not really fond of getting Donuts delivered and then consuming them as i always felt they would loose the charm and charisma of a freshly served Donut.

It had been a while hence i decided to order a pack of 6 Donuts which was customized by me for couple of Death by Choco, Alive by Choco and Rainbow Pop.

Now firstly coming to packaging, well packed inside a box which again was sealed so hygiene was maintained, delivery was done within time and also got a good deal on price through Zomato app.

Coming to the taste, now my fear of Donuts not tasting the same compared to one served directly in the resto was on point, i ddnt find the Donut soft which it usually is, it somehow seemed squeezed than its usual shape and lastly, i tried heating it in the Oven before consuming just to ensure that Choco melts just enough but again since the softness wasn't there the bread tasted a little hard which spoiled the whole experience.

I understand we need to heat it only a little so that bread dsnt get too hard which i did but it eventually felt that it isn't a fresh preparation.

All in all it may be an Outlet error of Quality but i didn't like my experience with donut delivery from this place, so a big NO for this...

Dunkin' Donuts is all day, everyday destination for coffee and donuts. Donuts are very tasty and i kinda like the myself. Coffee is just regular any other coffee shop. You can find burgers and desserts and many more stuffs other than donuts. What i like the most about this place is that they make very good quality donuts and they are available in various flavours. Their staff behaviour is not so good as per my point of view. But also i have visited only one outlet so far, so i won't be able to tell you about the other outlets. Let's talk about the value, so to be honest this deal is value for money for sure. It will cost approx 400...

Today I placed an order through Foodpanda for dunkin donuts. After half an hour when I called the delivery executive of foodpanda he told me that he ate my food item. I was extremely furious so I called the sector 12 dunkin donut. Sandeep picked up the call and apologised for the issue on behalf of foodpanda and took the ownership and got the donuts delivered at my address.

He also called me after half an hour to check if i have received the order. I felt very happy.

I want to appreciate Sandeep the manager for helping me, taking the ownership and delivering an excellent service.
