Cafe Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Dwarka

We were invited for the dinner - to review the restaurant and since I do not do dishonest reviews, contrary to what the restaurants believe - here are my observations about the place :-

Ambience (3/10)- Air conditioning doesn't work properly so in June Heat - imagine what would happen - rest of it was ok so rated 3 Service - 0/10 - The waiters didn't bother to come to us, served cold food, didn't wish to come again & again - got us someone else's order Music - 1/10 - the one point was given for the fact that live music was there however the singer was the most "Besura" and loud - with a full cafe no one listened to him - he was that bad Food - 0/10. - the fool was the final nail in the coffin - imagine we left the food which was given to us for free and left the place.

Basically I regret going there even for free and pity those who would visit and...

Visited Ccb in city centre on the 1st floor. They have changed the entire setup from a coffee house to include bar. Nice space and has outside seating too. Ordered for hazelnut Frappuccino. This has hardly any hazelnut flavour. Coffee wasn’t nice. Then ordered for honey chilli potato. Less quantity and not good quality. We had asked for less honey and not to overcoat with corn flour lest it becomes hard. That’s what they did. Less honey was converted to zero honey and some potatoes were too hard so uneven corn flour coating and the others were soggy. The Mint chutney was damn salty. Ddnt enjoy. Seekh kebab too dry and salty in patches. I had to return it after having one bite. Overall high cost, no quality and taste. Atmosphere was ok kinda. Music but not too good. Service was ok. The server was even debating on the feedback and us paying...

Pathetic cafe, absolutely not recommended. First of all, they made us wait for 1 hour for our order. Then, without our knowledge, they altered some part of our order. Instead of spring roll they offered us fried mushroom without knowing if we even like to eat that or not. Secondly, and the most disheartening thing, they served us stale paneer (tasted really bad) and then, they charged us ₹410 for 2 cans of coke in the name of aerated beverage, which by the way retails ₹40/can. Even if we include the taxes it shouldn't have been more than ₹150-200 in the first place.

To add to the scenario, the manager and the team were not for even once, apologetic about the situation. They did not apologize for the stale food, for altering our order, and for charging us 10x the amount. Really disheartening experience, wouldn't even bother to go...
