I am a satisfied max customer.But last day we had to face a very bad situation in two wheeler parking area.After shopping when we returned to the parking area it was shocking to see the broken mirror n hanging clutches.When we contacted a bengali guy who is sitting near he he said his duty is to manage the fourwheeler parking.Then we contacted the security officer he said thats not his duty.My husband asked about the Mall manger.He was on the top floor.The security took us to him.But the mall manger asked us to wait in the parking area for the cctv operator to come.We waited there about one hour.There is not even a chair to sit.Again we went to the top floor to see the manger he again asked us to wait.After sometime the cctv guy came.Then we went to the cctv room and after seeing the cctv footage it is clear that a guy parking near our bike hitted our bike while going.The cctv operator didnt know how to zoom the caprured photo and took the hitted bike's number.Then we again went to the manger and said what happened.He said the cam has no zooming facility.Our bike was in a situation that we cant ride.The only work shop was on the other side of the road.Since we have to go urgently we requested the mall manger to allow us to park our bike there and will take on the next day.But the manger hesitated and said the rule does not allow to park after 10 pm.After requsting too much he allowed us to park there.The next day my husband went there and pulled the bike till the workshop and after maintenance came home.The mall mangement was ao poor that they hesitated to...
