Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience at this coffee shop. I ordered an Americano and was surprised to be called up to collect it myself after waiting for a few minutes. While self-service is not a problem for me, what really let the experience down was how the coffee was served in a plain paper cup, rather than a proper ceramic mug. For a dine-in order, I expect a better presentation and experience. To make matters worse, when I tried to speak with a staff member about this, no one came over or responded. The lack of attention, courtesy, and basic customer service was very frustrating. I came here expecting a pleasant coffee experience, but instead encountered indifference and poor service from the team. Customer experience matters, especially when we are paying not just for a product, but also for the service and ambiance. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet even the most basic expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff accordingly.
