A Tricana, Seaside Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Goa

This is a restaurant in the lovely O Pescador resort . Having stayed in this resort earlier, I can say that everything about this place is amazing !

This is a lovely sea side restuarant ... Very courteous and hospitable staff ...They take real good care of their customers. They customise your food and prepare it to your liking .They even substitute sides of a dish for another of your choice upon request.

The place offers a serene and beautiful sea side view . Since it's in a resort and secluded away from hustle and bustle of the city and also from the touristy stretch of Dona Paula.

The food was delicious and very reasonable . However I felt the cocktails were a bit watered down . Despite that I have nothing much to complain about .

The wait-staff asked for our suggestions and feedback and made sure we were comfortable.

P.S : It can get very hot during the day and since it's open air it may be a bit uncomfortable on a hot sunny day. So preferably go in the morning for breakfast or in the night for a lovely romantic...

its the Inhouse restaurant in O pescador resort must have - 🥧 banoffee pie 🥧 Food could have been a bit more better taste-wise.. coz few things lacked that kick.. or that particular taste for that foodgasmic experience......... and they should add on variety..esp in the breakfast buffet....also one more suggestion.. please do provide salt n pepper on the tables outside too while serving the food 👍🏻👍🏻😇 items they have in buffet are mostly vegetarian... you may ask them for omlette and other egg dishes if you want.... the options in veg are cut fruits, cereals, one north indian dish(one day it was aloo paratha, 2nd day they had puri sabzi), one south indian dish (idli sambhar 1st day... n vada sambhar 2nd day...) one side dish like poha or something, one sweet dish (french toast 1st day n pancakes 2nd day) and muffins... these were the particular ones.. one or 2 more things can be there .... alongwith hot n cold beverages..... they did arrange for some chicken dish...

Nice place esp for having a small party for family and friends. Sea facing. Dining area opens out to the sea. Food was good. And loved the babycorn and mushroom. Aubergines were cooked well, could have used bigger thicker ones. Seared Fish was a bit salty. The fish wasn't salty per se - but I think the fish was kept in brine water or something - there was a salty coating around the fish. Steak was a bit on the tougher side, but again it was our fault - we didn't tell them to make it medium rare (how we normally like it).

Closing time is 2230. Last order is at 2215.
