San Pedro Resort — Hotel in Goa

Each word is true experience about this place. First Location is effortlessly peaceful and Second the people, the owner who maintain this beautiful location, are So Beautiful people, Humane, kind, well behaved and so friends like family. And this experience isn't about just one person, the entire staff, of every section was so Polite and kind that all of them made this Long trip( i stayed there for more than ten days with my partner and My Beautiful Dog. That's another beauty of the place. Few other places too allow pets to keep but they all aren't pet friendly.( I am a frequent visitor of Goa for more nine years now so i know this palolem are pretty well fortunately) so if you have a baby dog or if you are an animal lover, you must visit San Pedro.. Animals are loved there. Kitchen service was so humble and excellent and so was The Food. Trust me. I am a vegetarian, so I can suggest you from my heart that you can visit the place for great vegetarian indian food( rest I haven't tasted so can't say if it was good or not but veg indian food is Awesome here. I am a writer, I love nature and peace around and this place provides you that in abundance. So if you are a writer and you are looking for peaceful beautiful place which is very close to beach, where food is served at your door with such humbleness and where you want to enjoy with your family and Dog ❤ . San Pedro Resort is the right place. The rooms are designed in a medium modern way. Found everything comfortable in the room and when I made some requests, those were attended humbly too. I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel's management and staff are completely unprofessional and dishonest.

From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. The room was dirty, the bed was un comfortable , and the amenities were subpar. But what really took the cake was the blatant cheating and dishonesty displayed by the hotel staff.

They looted me of a huge amount of money by charging me for services I never received and adding hidden fees to my bill. When I confronted them about it, they became defensive and dismissive, showing no regard for my financial loss.

The hotel's management seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns or providing any kind of resolution. It was clear that they were more interested in making a quick buck than in providing decent customer service.

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at to think twice. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer better service, cleaner rooms, and more honest business practices.

Stayed here in January with my boyfriend. Great location next to the beach literally a minutes walk , if that! Bed was so comfy! There are options for aircon so depends if you would like to pay extra, there are different sized huts and some further back, so offer a different price range through out as we went for a hut at the front with aircon and our friends went further back with no aircon. Hot water is in the room.... still didn't get any but our friends managed to work their boiler so don't know if ours was on the brink or not! The guys at the huts brought drinks to the room if you asked . There was always someone there if you needed anything. The balcony areas had seats so was good just to chill there for a while with drinks. I would stay here again as you get what you pay for basic hut right next to the beach, with...
