Staff Are A Real Disappointment!!
As a Guide I have been frequently getting my guests to this place for quite sometime so that they can try some authentic Goan Desserts, but I have been left really disappointed with the two staff (A young lady and a guy) who happen to manage the place usually when I am around, they seem to be much occupied with their own stuff, and chatting between themselves while attending to customers, which is in rude with itself also makes you feel real insecure as if they seem to make fun you or something like that which I feel they definately are, I happen to notice this before but I choose to let it slide as I thought it might be an co-incidence or as if it's just me, but apparently both of the staff happen to keep the same rude, inhospitable attitude all the time ,many of my guests and colleagues have complained about the same. Ordered for chicken pan roll and must say they are back to the good old taste
Where I almost got a heartattack was for the caferal and tikka rolls where the charge 120/-. This is feel is to highly priced and the owner in all honesty needs to recheck the pricing. These similar products are available between 40 to 60/- and that to places who do not have the output that of pastry cottage.
Prawn rissois was a little disappointing just couldn't find a prawn neither the taste was no where in site. Guess they flung the prawns from Neptune.... LOL.
The Frankie was lovely and for the price of Rs. 90/- is worth it. you can't stop eating at just one....let's put it this way a Model would eat a full frankie and not leave any crumbs around.
Desert was a lemon that Priced at around Rs.60/- and was really really nice. For a person who really doesn't like sweets i reached heaven. If i'm being honest if priced at 50/- i would have had 2 or 3.

To make things worse, the rainbow cake — once a highlight — now tastes terrible. The texture was off and the flavor was artificial and unpleasant. It’s sad to see a place that once meant so much now cutting corners and ignoring basic quality standards.
I strongly urge others to be cautious. Until the shop improves its quality and customer service, I can’t recommend...
