Rico on the beach — Restaurant in Goa

This guy tried to scam us - we came in from the beach and asked if we could sit on the sun loungers, he says "Yes of course!!" so we sit down, order drinks, happily enjoying them as the place itself is rather nice and the beach was pretty. About an hour later he comes back to us and says "By the way you have to pay for the sunbeds". We asked how much and he said 2000 rupees each. We refused to pay for them, just paid the drinks bill and left instead (which he was okay with) it's just unprofessional and surprising the staff would try and scam paying customers (in such an obvious way), and I wouldn't trust the establishment any more. If there's a charge to sit on a lounger, tell us before we sit in them not an hour after. If you're actually charging 2000 rupees to sit on one then you might need to rethink your business strategy.

Such a disaster experience it was. I ordered a cocktail, staff bought it with lot of ice in it so I told him to bring it without ice, he took out the ice and gave half filled glass, really?? You guys are charging me ₹600+ for that. Not only this I was having ceaser Salad which is having stale bread crumbs in it, waiter came and took out my plate and fork is in my hand! I had an amazing time at Rico on the Beach! The setting right by the ocean is breathtaking, creating a perfect ambiance for a relaxing meal.
