Smokin Joes Pizza Margao — Restaurant in Goa

Highly disappointed with Smokin Joe’s... We have been their regular customers and as usual we placed an order at the margao Smokin Joe’s and the call was taken by an employee named Brain.So having placed our order we were expecting to recieve our delivery within about 30 mins or soo.. 1 hour passed and v called back to check on it..he ensured us d delivery man had set out n to not call again..2 hours later !! On calling again he informed us tht the order was not placed n tells us that only orders above 800 are eligible for home delivery( however in consecutive phonecalls changed that to 1000 n later in to 1050). However, in the past we have had home delivery inspite of the order being 500 or 600 . The second time we called he said the order should be delivered in 15mins.After almost one and half hour we called him again and he started saying the the order was not placed.This man was highly unprofessional and full of attitude..you’ll need to teach ur staff basic etiquettes. And if you’ll happen to change the rules for home delivery then You’ll should make it known to all customers requesting for the same rather then keeping...

Well, On 20th of Aug we visited the restaurant, we ordered for 1 extra cheese medium pizza (It was delicious), also we had a buy 1 get 1 free pizza offer but the person on the counter did not respond to it anyways. We ordered 1 pizza and we decided to other another once according to our appetite but our check was ready and the person denied on the other pizza as the check was printed. Also previously we tried to order via call but the person was very rude and was saying.. decide your order and get back to me rather then suggesting some good pizza's.

Today on 22nd of August again we decided to order pizza.. (as your personal was rude and seems to be very buzy) we decided to order via Zomato So we ordered for 1 large extra cheese pizza but the pizza dint have extra cheese and order was delivered to us.

Overall a pathetic experience from Smokin Joe's. I dont know what it is but if your charging your customer sucha large amount and your product is not upto the mark its not worth paying. Very bad experience.....
