Pastry Palace — Restaurant in Goa

On 1st of Feb I had visited pastry palace to give an order for one kg cake.... I told the person and the owner too that I don't want wipping cream in my cake and they told me that their chocolate slik doesn't have wipping cream.... So I ordered one kg on 3rd of Feb.... While doing the bill I kept telling that person who was working there to mention also that in the cake there should not be able wipping cream as I'm allergic to it.... He didn't mention it on the bill inspite of telling and told me he will tell the pastry chef verbally.... Today when I went to collect my cake in the evening again I asked that man hope thr is no wipping cream he was lik no I made sure that they don't put the same.... At home when I got the cake the first layer was of wipping cream... It was very disappointing... After telling several times it was like an insult.... I paid for that cake n mentioned to them several times that no wipping cream in the cake... But still they ignored it .... I guess they don't have any importance for their customers.... Neither thy are...

I recently visited Pastry Palace at Margao and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of patties they had on offer. The prawn patties were cooked to perfection and had a delicious, crispy outer shell with a flavorful filling.

In addition to the prawn patties, the selection of sweets and bakery items at Pastry Palace was impressive. There were rolls, cakes, puffs, and croissants to choose from, all of which looked and smelled delicious. I would recommend visiting early in the day when the items are fresh out of the oven.

The staff at Pastry Palace were also very friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great time at Pastry Palace and would definitely recommend it to others looking for tasty prawn patties and a wide selection of sweet and savory...

Be aware folks today I collected STALE donuts from Pastry  Palace inspite of me asking the assistant if they were made today.

If you think a same day pastry is what you need, then this is NOT the place to come.

When I saw the assistant warming the donuts I was shocked, and I thought she was crazy, because if the donuts were made today then the dough would be soft with delicious melted chocolate on the top, but that was not the case.

When my children excitedly dived to grab a donut it was hard and horrible even the chocolate was dry, that we fed it to the PIGS.

If this happened in Europe, Pasty Palace would be in trouble.  Also  the senior lady at the cash counter has no etiquette...to be attentive she's too busy chatting on the mobile. no sense of custom...
