Best!! place on Candolim beach. Tasty food with great courtesy. once you enter on beach road from whispering palms resort side it is right at the starting. I have spend a week on candolim beach mostly from afternoon till late night & initially trying at other 2 adjacent shack I found comparitively this place offers you much tasty food, drinks at right prices with hygeine Nice view of sunset, late night candle dinner, variety of drinks & nice music. Owner is very courteous, one evening he arranged specially white wine bottles for our group on request. We tasted almost all varieties of food here & were awesome with each dish.. fish both in roasted tandoori, garlic sauce, prawn masala,pomfret, tandoori chicken are a must try. With dip in sea water one evening we had an urge for snacks & guy was ready with tasty pakodas onion,paneer,brinjal with masala tea. Piping hot spicey maggi with beer & cocktails was Nirvana...

Service, special the waiter with the hat and the beard, such a nice smile, what a nice person. He also made some photos from us at the Beach 🙏🙏 Thanks for that! 😉 Best Moctail Mojito so far and the food was really good, everything what we tried so far. You also can see they are using fresh oil. The area is also cleaner, not so much trash as there are less Indian than at the other parts of the Candolim beach. Sorry to say, but it is just the truth. More European means less trash, really sad actually. Let's hope Goan government will do some 'fine', like in Singapore, if you throw trash into the ocean or at the beach. Anyway, see you again.... This shack tops for food, service, wifi and other facilities. We stayed there for several days. Group of 16 people accommodated well. It is our group's usual principal that we try all facilities available to us and the same principal applies when choosing shacks on the beach. But we continue to use VJ shack over and over again against the principal because it wS good. Closer to hotel . Best place to meet for group. Easier from accessibility point of view.
