Their delivery service is beyond pathetic. I called to place an order at 6:30 pm and was asked to instead message on WhatsApp. They replied two hours late, that too, after a reminder call. After dragging the details taking process till 11:19, they tell me they cannot take an order. How is it fair to make someone wait for 5 hours to place an order? What could have been a 5 minutes call turned into a planning nightmare for me. How am I supposed to have cake for a birthday that is next day? Pathetic pathetic service!

I usually like Ninis’ stuff , but my experience here was quite bad. I went here to get some work done , so ordered a cheesecake and was sitting. This guy comes up to me to tell me that he’s going and I have to leave. I told him but its just 7pm and the outlet is open till late right? He told me yes but I have some urgent work. There was nobody else to handle the store so I had to leave without finishing the work because of which I chose to sit and order there in the first place. Weird!
