Hotel ZK — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently had the pleasure of dining at ZK, a non-veg restaurant that left me utterly impressed. From the moment I stepped inside, the warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

In dishes I have tried, Malai Tikka and regular Tikka are great. Butter chicken in main course and Biriyani was delicious.

As this hotel have a lot of hype i planned to visit today.

Firstly there are no protocols to follow like social distancing n all.

Their was a huge crowd out of the hotel , you need to write the name and sales boy call you one by one. So you need patience and time for that cz we waited half an hour outside.

Once we got inside we ordered tawa roti, Chicken fry , jeera rice & butter chicken.

After 1 hour d order came as there was only 2 boys in first floor to handle.

Coming to the taste part we liked the tawa roti and chicken fry but whn it came to taste the butter chicken i swear i haven't tried this nonsense ever, it tasted way diff plus we didn't have got the jeera rice so lastly have cancelled it. Very bad quality food (surely not a place for foodies) along with pathetic service (as for all dine in people they have only 2 men for doing all stuff on each floor) it becomes more irritating during peak hours as you keep on asking and nobody is there to assist you or take your order. I only moved into the hotel bcoz some time ago it has a very good repute in relief road vicinity. But we got the opposite of what we have been expecting. Also I inquired after having my dinner and got to know that majority of MENU items served in resturant come from adjacent "Bhatiyar Gali" of relief road and very few or non-of them are prepared by restaurant. And there are high chances of serving you stale food also. So people are adviced to use their discretion while ordering stuff and using service...
