Hotel Alka Inn — Hotel in Gujarat

My recent stay at Alka Inn, a three-star hotel, was surprisingly pleasant. The rooms were impeccably maintained, showcasing high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. I was impressed by the modern amenities provided, including complimentary toiletries like a comb, toothpaste, toothbrush, and soaps – a thoughtful touch that exceeded my expectations.

The highlight of my stay was the delicious buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of food were excellent, making every mealtime a delightful experience. The restaurant team deserves commendation for their prompt service and hospitality.

However, I did notice a slight downside with the reception team, mainly composed of older individuals who lacked a welcoming demeanor. It would be beneficial for the management to consider replacing them with a younger, more energetic team to enhance guest interactions.

MY BIG MISTAKE I too had a REVIEW that even after taking money for this breakfast in bill, they ask for money, but I ignored it REVIEW because they shown beautiful room picutres on his site and the same happened with me, the hotel manager started to misbehave with me.I had a train and he was sending my luggage back to the room to give this money first.I am very surprised that I told him that if you do this then who will come again, He said I have foreigners customers here I don't care and I gave him the breakfast money and ran the station, then I calculated, then he took more money than the money written in the menu.Then I called the hotel, then the manager said that we have that old menu, now there is more money very strange, This hotel is robbing their customers and I think the owner probably doesn't know. Do not go through the picture. i had visited Ahmadabad few days ago with my family, and had already booked 2 rooms in this hotel. First thing is the hotel is in-front of a dump yard. so this is not for those who want a good scenery outside their hotel. But it doesn't smell when you are inside your room. Second thing is they charged 1200 per room. It is not a high price unless and until we are getting that much service. From the 2 rooms, in one room there was no TV. The most important problem was there was a total water shortage. They said they are bringing tanker. But still after a while again there was water shortage. and we had to stay without water. Even when we complained they said what they will do, people washed clothes and that is why there is a water shortage. So what. that is your problem. We cant stay without water just because someone else used it. I would now recommend anyone for this hotel. There were better different...
