The entire experience—from the food to the service—fell far below even basic expectations and pathetically deeper to the standards your esteemed organisation and the team is been serving for these long years. The food was nearly inedible. It lacked flavor, freshness and the empathy with which you serve it. The grace of the presentation was so dull that it all looked like a preheated microwave dinner. It was a complete waste of time and money.
Furthermore, the service was totally inattentive and unorganised. It took far too long to receive our orders. Kids left hungry due to delay and the food ordered for them had to be packed and then distributed outside. Food for the elders came almost 30 mins after everyone had finished eating the starters. I even showed your staff that the baked macaroni which was served to us in starters got totally hard and glued to the plates but till then dinner wasn’t served. The senior managers were having gala time at the cash counter and whenever we called for help, they seemed uninterested. At no point did anyone check in on our table or make any effort to improve the experience.
I rarely leave complaints, but this experience was genuinely frustrating. I am writing this to you in agony because this is being a regular experience at this outlet since a few months and I see no sign of shame or zeal of improvement in the personnel engaged in the operations.
Guess it’s time to run back to the classic old pad to experience the Nostalgia from past with...
Read moreForget customer service, expecting that at this restaurant is foolish.
No, the staff at this restaurant is incredibly inconsiderate and the worst experience / treatment we have ever had at any establishment.
A family that lives in Kadi, drove all the way to Ahmedabad (50 km), thinking of having a pleasant outing.
We called ahead to reserve a table, and they confirmed that it will be reserved for us. We let them know we were coming to the restaurant with a 94 year old.
Once we reach, we are told that we are going to have to wait for our table. Okay, that's fine, it happens. After a while, one staff member told us we can seat ourselves at a table. We went to that table with our grandmother, for whom it takes a lot of effort to walk, and sat down.
The moment we sat down, another individual suddenly comes to us and says "aapko bola na wait karne ko, aap utthiye yaha se".
They expected our 94 year old grandmother to again walk to the waiting area and wait there, after having been told that we can sit. Not to mention how rudely this individual spoke. His name was Vikram, and to make things worse, he was the manager. I sincerely hope he figures out how to speak to and treat people, and that nobody else has to deal with him.
We left the restaurant without eating anything. A night that could have gone well, ruined.
If you enjoy being treated badly and spoken to rudely, then please go here. Otherwise, this restaurant is only making the good city and people of...
Read moreM.A.D. by Tomato's is a restaurant on SG highway with a very Vibrant ambience and good seating capacity.
It has light music going on so that you could listen to the music as you eat and also enjoy the talks with your friends or family. Popcorn is given complimentary on arrival.
The food is good. We ordered the items from their global menu and enjoyed all the items. The Lasagna, the cottage cheese with sparkling spinach, the triple shezwan fried rice was all very good. Very few restaurants in Ahmedabad are veg, non-veg mix and this is one of them.
The service was okay and could have been better in terms of proactiveness. We had to call them everytime to clear the plates, to serve food, etc. Although they were all very polite did their job well.
In terms of pricing, the charges are as little higher than the average restaurants in Ahmedabad and the portion little less than the average portion served innother hotels. But you will definitely get enough variety to likes and dislikes of everyone visiting here.
To conclude, this gives a vibe of a bar and restaurant in Mumbai with good food and one can...
