McDonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

I experienced a rage in this MacDonald today from store manager Himanshu. He snatched my phone away as i was recording a video The incident was that I order a meal which had coke but no straw was served. I demanded a straw to a staff but he denied me ,later he aggred to give me a straw but was not allowing me to drink it with coke which was very foolish. Thats why I asked him to cancel the order, just to save a straw he started the process of cancellation as you can see in video, i recorded that video to ask MacDonald about this. But then all of a sudden store manager jumped in aggressively and snatched my phone , I asked him politely but he was very aggressive and rude about deleting the video. You can hear him shout in video clearly, he made me delete that video forcefully in store but thankfully he accidentally recorded his own video while he snatched my phone. This was very unethical from MacDonald store manager I felt like I was in dhaba today ,

We are crazy about McDonald’s since childhood, but today we had a horrifying experience at the McDonald’s only seriously? I don’t think so we are going to visit again. But you guys need to look out on it. What just happened today at the McDonald’s branch city gold cinema mall ashram road Ahmedabad.India

We arrive at this mac D after two previous ones one of them does not have the food we want the other one does not accept online payment and then here at navrangpura outlet these people they don’t have carbonated soda like what am i supposed drink sugar water??!! The staff finds it hilarious that they do not have carbonated soda kindly to insert his name Mr. Kishan madhav And they have the patience to stand there and blabber stuff to my face at 1 am and expect me to talk and have the audacity to ask why are you hungry despite us asking him multiple times to just take the order and figure out there issues within themselves like i m here for the food all macds that do not provide proper services after 12 should simply close down rather than being whatever you are because i was minutes away from having a literal fight with whatever that was (i don’t even want to address him as a guy) as an avid mac D lover i m highly disappointed and i expect better of you guys and also to add we asked for take away and they gave us dine in and also expect us to just eat
