McDonald's — Restaurant in Gujarat

So i have been going continuously to this outlet of mcd from over the time period of 2 years they are always understaffed, they have issues with air-condition, they don't keep change of rupees most of the time, they deny that the offer from the app won't apply because of issue in system though at other outlets it works just fine. But i never complained or left any kind of bad review because mistakes can happen But yesterday the staff member of this outlet MR. GYANENDRA YELLED AT ME IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE CROWD AND DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIES Even though I did clear him the situation and it was their mistake. They didn't inform that they are not providing the table service and he called out the order but it was highly crowded and as per I ordered the table service I assumed that the order will be served on my table so I was not attentive during the announcement of order. He continuously yelled as somebody from the staff came and informed me i was looking right at him and he kept yelling when I went their to collect my order I told him that I order table service then he indirectly yelled at the staff member that who is providing table service even though he clearly knew it was table service. And then lied on my face that there's glitch in the system even though he knew exactly my table service number and order number and then ordered other staff to Remove the table service number holder. So clearly the mistake was from their side he could have apologised later but he didn't. It was very embarrassing for me as the whole crowd was staring at me. I recently visited the McDonald’s located at K-10 Atlantis, Genda Circle, opposite Vadodara Central Mall in Alkapuri, Vadodara, around 10 pm. My overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to other McDonald’s outlets I have visited. Firstly, the self-order screens were extremely slow, and the application’s user interface was not at all friendly. It took far too long to place even a simple order, which was frustrating. There was no staff member available to help or guide customers who were struggling with the order screen, which added to the confusion.

Moreover, I noticed that the staff numbers were lower than what I usually see at other McDonald’s branches. This meant longer wait times and no assistance at the ordering kiosks. If someone had a question or needed help, there was nobody free to support them, which is not acceptable for a global brand like McDonald’s that usually prides itself on efficiency and customer service.

The overall atmosphere of the outlet was just average — neither too welcoming nor too uncomfortable, but definitely not memorable. It did not feel as vibrant or well-managed as other locations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously, especially the slow self-order screens and lack of staff support, to improve the customer experience...
