Review: I recently visited the McDonald's located on Ansal Plaza and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and excellent service.

It was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant dining atmosphere. The staff members were not only attentive but also extremely efficient in taking and preparing orders. I was impressed by how quickly my food was ready, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long before digging into my meal.

Speaking of the food, it was absolutely delicious! The classic McDonald's menu items were prepared to perfection, and the taste was consistent with what I've come to expect from this iconic fast-food chain. The fries were crispy, the burgers were juicy, and the overall quality was top-notch. Plus, the portion sizes were generous, leaving me feeling fully satisfied.

I would also like to highlight the restaurant's hygiene practices, especially given the current circumstances. The staff members were wearing masks and gloves, and they frequently sanitized the tables and high-touch areas. This made me feel safe and assured that they were prioritizing the health and well-being of their customers.

We ordered in Drive Thru. The experience was awful. We were still ordering the food and were about to ask for a few changes when the guy at the counter said that he has finalized the order so he can't change it. We were kinda upset but we thought it might be his tough day at work so let it be. We went to receive our order,there as well the guy behind the counter was imposing orders for which we weren't even asked before. Kinda rude and unaccountable.

Many a times before we had gone there,it used to be an okay-ish experience but this time,we swore that we would better go to another outlet or maybe somewhere else but not here.

Once again here I am complaining about this branch. The kids,as always, were stubborn to go to McDonald's so we had to order food from there. Our order number was 248 and it was given to when the order preparation reached 269.

The food was absolutely disgusting. The bun was torn apart as if someone has taken a bite before delivering. The tikki inside is not burnt but raw. The McPuff are raw. Raw sauce inside with no veggies at all. The fries are raw. There is nothing in fries like fried. Not only hard but also dificult to chew at all.

The burger was the most disgusting part of all. I don't even feel like feeding it to a dog lest a human.

Wasted 550/- rupees on something totally worthless.

Rather try Quesadilla and Taco rather than wasting your...

In my previous review of MC Donald’s of jmd mall is better than ansal plaza as in here it seems to be empty the most of time and customers does not feel good to come here. If you are couple or are with someone special then can opt this as a factor regarding privacy but it kinda lower the esteem of eating somewhere good with a bit friendly atmosphere

Here the staff is fast and will bring you your order so fast that it might be that much hot that is going to maybe burn you mouth if you didn’t give attention to… so be safe and eat after FOO FOO…. 😅

FUNFACT:- if ordering burger and cold drink then can opt LARGE MEAL. As then you will be getting a large burger and cold but when order wrap and coffee then only the FRIES are going to be in LARGE size.
