Bottles & Barrels is located on 2nd floor of Star Tower, next to Star Mall in Sector 30. It is quite spacious with about 5K Sq. Craft Brew Pubs as a concept are now booming in India with around 100 plus of them dotted across the length and breadth as of now and they are growing by the day. While remaining true to the persona of Craft Beer which is small, independent and traditional, B & B goes a step further by innovating upon traditional styles through its brew masters who add that twist to traditional styles while keeping the originality intact 😊

They make an honest attempt at portraying craft beer as a gourmet experience and hence it is a life style drink! It is nice to realise that they are at it with a determined effort to put this point forward in a market where Strong beer which is sold around the concept that it is machismo and foreign mass brands are sold are premium life drinks all around us still to this day 😉

B & B Craft Brewery has its own style and custom brewed beer like any Craft Brewery goes about its business. Everything they produce here has its own unique flavour. They go about it by using imported barley and wheat malts with imported hops to brew their beer to perfection. Standardisation is maintained on quality and consumers are informed about the ingredients before hand with taster shots so they can choose what they want to sip on, post that! We did the same and went on to taste on Dark beer and Ale Lager and others before deciding which mug to grip 😃

Moving on to Ambiance, it is themed like old British surrounding, typically Yorkshire of the late 30s kind of atmosphere in décor and get up, with lots of interesting barrel covers, posters and other props in a typical Mark Twainish way! It grows on you and gets into you from the moment you get in till you are around. They also have a huge and impressive bar counter in the middle which has all the goodies which are visible to you! The seating also exudes old world charm which is also comfortable and you can witness live sports action on large screen while being seated 😊

The Cuisine is another impressive highlight of theirs which is on offer here. They typically serve North Indian, Asian, Continental and Italian Cuisine and their dishes are delicious beyond compare along with some tantalizing cocktails & Mocktails. Taste reaches a different new height with each and every starter be it veg or non-veg, transforming you to a different world of tasty journey! In Mocktails, we tasted Virgin Mojito, Pink Granita, Spicy Guava, Fire N Ice, Fizzy Coco Colada & Gold Medalist. In Cocktails we tasted delicious concoctions like Whisky Sour, Martini, Caprioska, Cosmopolitan, Classic Mojito, Pina Colada, Daiquiri & Screw Driver. Moving on to Starters. We were spoilt for choice with Veg Dimsums, Thai Cheese Roll, Degi Mirch Paneer Tikka, Phylo Artichoke, Veg Greek Pizza, Toscana Fish, Burn Chilli Chicken, Rajasthani Chicken Tikka, Murgh Malai Tikka & Four Cheese Pineapple Pizza. In Main Course we had Kadai Paneer, Paneer Pudina Khada Masala, Dal Makhni, Amritsari Chicken Curry & Murg Makhani along with some crispy rotis and parathas and Rice and Raita. We signed off this yummy feast with some delectable chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream. By the time we were through, we were in nirvana and it is not an exaggeration 😃
