Domino's Pizza | Sector-29, Gurugram — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This is one of the best Domino's pizza outlets I have visited in Gurgaon. In the long chain of outlets, there is an old franchise of Dominos on MG Road. This franchisee of Domino's offers complete Domino's food crafts online and a fast-paced delivery service.

The place is tidy. Proving their USP they have impressed us with some new launches or meals. The staff is very well trained and courteous. As we asked them for meals they helped us to do orders via application. Which is a very convenient and wise option to dodge waiting. The payment was done via UPI hassle-free.

This time my order from #Domino's included a Veg farmhouse, peppy paneer, Moroccan pasta pizza, achari do pyaza, and cold drinks with garlic bread. Continuing same we have ordered two bottles of cold drinks and choco lava cake. The whole treat cost us around 1200/-. I love Moroccan pasta pizza and secondly peppy paneer. Achari was not very impressive. Choco lava cake as always brought up a lava of saliva😋. The garlic bread was fine too.

All the pizzas were totally up to the mark and tasted terrific with fast delivery, the pizzas were piping hot and yummy to consume. I must say rather than delivery we should eat it in outlets only where they can serve hot and we can satisfy the taste of buds.

i have order one pizza for which i had to wait for more than 2 hours. and after calling on their support line i have recieved and order cancellation as an answer. Because of which the store people had to face a bad review from my side from their support team. then i got a call from a person named "Payal"... Oh God!! worst experience on the call ever i would say... she was sooo rude! so arrogant as instead of apologizing for the inconvenience which i had to face. she arrogantly said "we have cancelled your order and you will recieve the refund" putting a bad review is not something you've done right... what is our fault ? if you couldn't get the delivery on time? then she started aruguing with me and tried to forced me to delete that feedback. i mean are you being serious??? Do you really handle your customers this way? just because its a big brand so no one would do anything about it??? Payal you really need to work on your tone for real. it was seriously the worst experience ever. never going to order again from this...

Order No. 263, Ordered on 30 March,23. The Staff is so un-educated & unprofessional. Firstly they accept the ‘Swiggy order’ and then after customer half n hour wait, when customer asks the status of his Swiggy order, they ask if this order is TakeAway? How illiterate? Swiggy orders are takeaway ones? Then they ask to wait for another half n hour.. and after 1 hour wait they finds excuses not to deliver the order as per their wish as they don’t want to. Even after valid delivery address which is clearly serviceable on app.. they just Confidently replies “You shall get the refund and we won’t deliver your order, so we’re cancelling” after 1hour wait! What a horrible service. This is WORST DOMINOS I have ever noticed in my lifetime!
