Of all the Haldiram franchises in Gurugram or Delhi NCR, we would always like to visit this outlet. Reasons; elegant full wall glass decor, spacious interiors, spacious parking space, a mini walking cement patch with green grass peeping out, some young palm trees 🎄 courteous staff, clean toilets and a whole lot of frozen Indian breads like chapattis, multi grain paranthas and stuffed paranthas to pick up from the refrigerator for self help in Corona times. So where is the fifth star ⭐ gone and how to claim it.

The spacious parking lot is filthy and stinks. Correct, municipality job. So either I pester them, poke them constantly OR OR YES OR, I as a leader take my staff out, motivate the traders association there and get our guys in overalls, cleaning gear and as part of CSR I clean up the place.
