Suchalis has made a name for itself supplying exotic bkes during COVID. Riding on the popularity during COVID they opened artisnal cafes. One such is located in Emaar palm springs on golf course road. I had heard about them and today while on golf course road I walked into the premises for a late brekfast. First I ordered gucamole with sourdough toasts and eggs. The display photo on the tv screen looked attractive with soft boiled eggs. The dish on the table was a big put off. There were stone cold hard boiled eggs. The server tried to pass it on s soft boiled but quickly saw the futility of his effort and offered to change the dish. For effect he added that they get the eggs preboiled and don't do it on site. He offered to get us scrambled eggs and mushrooms on toast saying eggs r scrambled on site. Since we had burnt our fingers on our choice we decided to take in his recommendations. But it was not our day. Scrambled eggs arrived cold and dry and mushrooms totally cold, tough to chew and plasticky. Cappuchino coffee was acceptable. I could not finish the dish and passed it on to my son who was struggling with his vegetable sandwich. All in all a terrible experience. Tells us that good baker need not be a good manager of a cafe. Stick to your core strength ma'm.
After eating at Suchalis I am suffering from severe acidity and constipation. Could n't slee a wink through out the night Be were visitors...

Went to Suchalis with very high expectations. Have eaten their food at various Blue Tokai cafes around the city. A cafe which bakes it's bread and has a large selection of sandwiches was very intriguing. Suchali s Bakehouse is conveniently located on Golf Course Road and has ample car parking. The menu and display was extensive, but many items were not available. The staff, a bit too many of them for a small cafe, were confused and pre occupied. We were the only guests at the cafe, yet no one was attending to us. It was all very chaotic. They didn't know what was available on the menu. Even though the display said the sandwiches were. There was a lot of to and fro between the staff to ask what ingredients were available etc. The sandwiches were substandard. The sourdough pizza was alright.
Save yourself the trouble of driving to Suchalis. It's...

I recently visited Suchali’s Blue Tokai during lunchtime, around 3 o’clock, hoping to enjoy a coffee and a paneer sandwich. The place had about seven or eight staff members working. Initially, they served us our coffee, but things took a turn for the worse when it came to the food.
We waited for over 20 minutes, and there was no sign of our sandwich. After reminding them about the order, they took another 10 minutes to prepare it. Instead of apologizing for forgetting our order, they insisted that it was already being made. However, it was clear they had just started grilling the sandwich after we followed up.
In total, it took more than half an hour to get a simple sandwich, which definitely should not have taken that long. It was disappointing, especially since they didn’t acknowledge the delay or apologize for...
