Blue Fox — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Have visited the dine in on 2nd July 2024 for family get together for lunch and we were 18 ppl, place is too dark and no proper lighting food was good starters were awesome however biryani was not that great overall felt okaish ambience was ok ok however I feel that they did fraud in the billing and tip if planning with huge number please calculate the items and the price and the bill amount and then only pay or else you may lose the amount. Manager said he gave 10% discount and removed gst and asked to pay the tip we gave them 1000 bucks but still asked for more said they were 5 ppl again gave 200 have not mentioned their names but please guys do take care of the customers who come do not ask for tips n all and also we trust and do not look at the items which we order and you ppl take advantage on that and misuse it as I have had,over all the bill was around 12k but with tip n all they took 16k would not trust BLUE FOX again nor suggest for our family members. Dear management, This restuarant is our favorite since last 10 years we are visiting and had great time with food a with our family but since last 2 visists the persons who do service they demand tip with customers. I had this experience recently 3 timea first two times I ignored but this is becoming habit and decided to give this review. Just want to let you know no customer will run away with out giving tip and tip is something which customers needs to give if they are satisfied with the service and should not demand this is very hurting and insulting the customers. One of the incident happenes the person is waiting and watching my phone whether I am paying tip to him or not. I would say it is begging rather than requesting.
