Pizza Hut | SD Road, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Went to try out the Friday unlimited pizza offer. Cost per person was 314/- including taxes.

First thing there are no options in pizza. Just two varieties for veg and non veg pizza. You need to order repeatedly only on those two varieties.

Next comes the taste. No taste at all, instead the road side pizzas are the best to taste.

You can clearly see in the pics. The dough is more on the edges of the pizza compared to the cheese and toppings in the middle. I asked the chef & she said it will be like that only. I have never seen a pizza like that.

The ambience, no AC. Just to show off there are two central ACs. However they are not working. No fans also.

Regarding the offer: No one in the store has proper clarity on the offer.

I have no clue how people are rating 5 stars here. Looks like they are having pizza for the first time in their life. 😂 😆. To be frankly saying we have been in the store for around 2 hrs and there was not even one walk-in. And here you see people rating 5 stars. May be paid reviews. Not sure. 😂 😆

It’s a pity that they say they serve food from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm but do not cater to customers at 9:15 pm Just yesterday, I wanted to have pizza and visited the outlet at SD road. It was barely 9:15 pm. As soon as my family and me entered, the service boy told as us to leave as they are not serving food. Reason stated was there was no one available.
