CakeZone — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Hi, I stay in Bangalore and I have ordered cakes in cakezone for few occasions. They really did satisfied me ( Yummy....!) in quality and delivered on time.😍 Rasmalai,Red-velvet cakes are truly "kickass!" I wanted to share these delicious experience So I decided to give a surprise Birthday gift to my friend who stays in Hyderabad Banjara hills. I ordered for "kit-kat Jems cake" for midnight which had 4.5 stars and good reviews. I requested the team to deliver it at 11:59pm. I still remember the delivery guy reached the location early and I requested em to wait till 11:59 and my friend received the cake exactly at 12am. Literally they put a smile on her face and made the day memorable❤. She really loved the cake very much and gave a handful of positive comments. I ordered fresh mango cake for birthday of my special one, it was stinging after cutting ,over that the inside of the cake was very muddy in consistency the topping of mango was also stale ,they serve you the cake which is about to be dumped ,very very disappointed ,cake zone people serve the same kind of cake to your loved ones how bad they will feel. Was embarrassed among every one due to this bad quality of cake. Whole of the cake dumped in the garbage. Would never ever recommend anyone for this kind of stale cake. I want my money REFUND, asap. Moreover the flower candle I bought didn't worked ,I think everything they provide is defective only . People don't buy anything from there. Totally...

I ordered a cake yesterday through Swiggy with a sparkle candle and it exploded all of sudden on the face while lighting it and also burned few hair strands on head. Typically these candles are supposed to burn up slowing with sparkles. I called them twice directly instead of going through Swiggy and to share a quick video by lighting the sub standard sparkles they have but yet know response.
