While the tea point may appear well-maintained, it's shocking to see a ₹199 Cream Cheese Bun being eaten by a COCKROACH🪳 in clean display. Despite having over 4 staff members present, this severe hygiene violation went unnoticed. Chai Point, as a prominent Indian tea company and café chain, is expected to adhere to the strictest cleanliness standards. The FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) clearly mandates hygiene regulations, and such violations are punishable under the law. One of the worst experience with chai point is they will display that food items are available in the menu both offline and online once anyone orders the food item online they will accept amount but they wont provide you food stating that it is not available and with more generosity they will give you refund after 5 business days this is not at all acceptable if you are not able to provide service both online and offline stick to one why this much hurry to earn money and making people hungry i strongly dont recommend chai point as online...

You charge 90 for lemon tea and then add another 10 in the name of honey... though this is a bit steep at a place where they don't even provide a dedicated seating arrangement, I would have been OK paying the money. But, this 10 bucks for additional honey seemed like a cheap way to increase your revenue.

Not even the courtesy to give the order in a tray when you are sharing the dining space of the mall. All other outlets do this. Is this what I am paying...
