Starbucks the famous American 🇺🇸 coffee☕ chains has over 7 outlets in Hyderabad itself . It is present in GVK mall it is in ground floor we went for a movie in the mall and after the movie we decided to have some drinks so we came to 🌟 bucks ! Ambience - the ambience of Starbucks in excellent they have polite service professional as servers and good crowd as well some cool retro lighting and don't forget to take pictures and post on Instagram 😉 The best thing about Starbucks is that we can have even a small coffee and do our work for hours like office meeting or chitchat with friends nobody meddle's with you Food - we decided to order Starbucks famous trademark 'Frappuccino' which is blended with ice & coffee drinks & topped with whipped cream and sauces we ordered all tall frappuccino with different flavors and toppings 1.Java chip 2.caramel 3.vanilla cream Double chocolate chip The standout was double chocolate chip and Java chip frappuccino Remaining were pretty normal

Protip - The thing I observed at Starbucks is that the basic thing you order is in budget but when the Starbucks executive asks you of add on such as whipped cream flavour , essence's they make the thing costly and plus GST so beware before, and know what you are ordering so it makes pocket friendly for you ! Overall it's a nice experience at Starbucks Banjara hills Hyderabad

I had a very disappointing experience with Starbucks recently. I received a promotional coupon code from them, but when I tried to use it at the store, I was told the code had already been used — which was clearly not the case, as I had just received it. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, instead of trying to help or offer a solution, they were rude and dismissive.

It’s frustrating not only to get an invalid or faulty coupon, but also to be treated poorly when asking for basic customer service. This is not the kind of experience I expect from a brand like Starbucks. I hope they seriously look into their promotional system and train their staff to treat customers with more respect. Starbucks coupon code is a scam they make you come to the store and they say the same to everyone. Please do not play cheap tricks like this you are a international brand and do this kind of tricks will make your brand unpopular.
