Wow China — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Horrible place and horrible customer service. I asked if there are veg spring rolls and the cashier said yes while pointing to the chicken roll. She said it's 1 per order. I had ordered other stuff but was surprised at the 3000 rupees bill. Once I got the receipt I saw that each veg roll cost 269 rupees. I asked them to cancel that line item immediately but they wouldn't saying they can't cancel it. He talked to his manager on phone and still did not cancel the item. There were 2 spring rolls lin each order and we ended up paying 1800 rupees for 14 spring rolls which we did not need. Horrible customer service. Food was bland and horrible. You can open fancy food stalls in pricy malls similar to western countries but when it comes to customer service it's cheap...

I was trying to place an order from this restaurant since longback seeing the combos available here and thought of tasting how the food is and ordered from this restaurant.I ordered for a combo of Chicken hakka noodles and Chicken manchurian.The cost of the combo is reasonable and got an offer from the food delivery app magicpin.I got two bowls separately for noodles and manchuria and the quantity of noodles is not sufficient for a hungry one and it's quite good for a normal evening snack.The noodles is somewhat oily but the taste is good with good amount of chicken pieces.The quantity of chicken manchuria is very less got three or four pieces but the soup...

Ordered for khau Sui, green curry with egg noodle, received only coconut milk with vegetables, 0 green curry paste, 0 flavor of Thai food, dissatisfied, spoke to the billing man who had no clue what the menu was..he confidently said he dosent have green curry!
