Read moreIt was a busy Sunday afternoon, to say the least! Chubby Cho was bustling with an energy of those enjoying their Sunday brunch/lunch at this Asian themed restaurant. Excellent interiors with authentic touches like being served tea before beginning a meal, chopsticks to enjoy your meal in and a range of traditional asian flavours to choose from. We ordered a couple of sushi plates (crab and prawn) which were refreshing and well prepared. The crab had a unique texture unlike anything I had tasted before and contrasted well with the wasabi/soya dip for that traditional sushi mouthful. (Similar to feeding on a gol guppa and relishing the senses on your taste buds. Interestingly, something new as to me was the fact you can get your Ramen bowl split so you can experience more variety! We then finished our meal with a Spicy Chicken Ramen Bowl which really had some kick to it. While my friend wasn't able to get through all of the spice concoction residue and finish his bowl in entirety due to the spice level, he enjoyed the egg, chicken and noodle combination with all it had to offer. (Read: Telangana Spice/Guntur Chilly benchmarks) The service was a tad bit slow, despite the crowd getting less as we completed our meal - but overall the staff was kind and provided appropriate recommendations. The ambience was excellent and we look forward to our next visit to try the variety of dishes available at Chubby Cho! Highly recommended for those looking...
